ExpeDat 1.22A, SyncDat 1.9A, MTP Tunnel 1.2A, MTP SDK 4.5.0

Updates to all MTP software are available.

• Added Support for Windows and Linux on ARM64 hardware
  All software runs natively on Windows for ARM and Linux for ARM.
• WebDat New File Chooser
  A custom file chooser alleviates the bugs and limitations in system dialogs.
• WebDat Reference UI
  Sample HTML and JavaScript which you can use as a test platform and starting point for your own WebDat development.  See the ExpeDat documentation for details and contact us for guidance in building your own WebDat UI.
• New MTP Tunnel Features
  New IdleTimeout option and improved session logging.
• Improved File Write Efficiency
  Increased file write buffering and new diagnostic statistics.
