This maintenance update for all DEI software provides a variety of improvements:

• Improved compatibility for cloud and macOS environments.
• Updated FreeBSD minimum system requirement to FreeBSD 11 and 64-bits.
• More efficient server logging.
• Various other fixes and improvements.
